    • Point-of-contact for all vendors on the wedding day.

    • Execution of your pre-made timeline and floor plan.

    • Supervision of ceremony and reception setup.

    • Management of the "Wedding Emergency Kit" (from safety pins to stains).

    • Up to 10 hours of on-site support.

    What’s Included:

    • Logistics Takeover: We step in 90 days out to manage all remaining vendor communications.

    • Curation: Professional creation of a minute-by-minute timeline and custom floor plan/seating chart.

    • Vendor Management: Finalizing load-in/load-out schedules and insurance requirements.

    • Design & Decor: Full setup of personal decor, signage, and tablescapes.

    • Full Production: Management of the rehearsal, ceremony processional, and reception transitions.

    • The Wrap-Up: Complete tear-down, item collection, and vendor load-out.

    • Additional Assistant: $350 (Recommended for guest counts over 150).

    • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination: $400.

    • Morning-of Brunch Setup: $250.

    • Favor Assembly & Distribution: $150+.

    • Post-Event Rental Return: $200 + Mileage
